Kristy Hall

Certified Health and Nutrition Coach

Kristy Hall, MS, RNCP, ROHP Board Certified Functional Nutritionist
Kristy began her career working in the not-for-profit healthcare sector after graduating from Texas A&M University. She took several years off to have a family. It was in her role as mom she learned about alternative approaches to healthcare. Her second daughter was covered in painful eczema and was sick all of the time.

After multiple tests and multiple medical doctors found nothing wrong, Kristy pursued other avenues for help. Her daughter recovered through the power nutrition. After a two year long elimination diet and identification of multiple food sensitivities, the eczema resolved and her daughter’s energy returned.

A few years later, the physical pain Kristy herself had been feeling for years became much worse and healthcare providers started talking about Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.

Once again, she took matters into her own hands. Through the Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition program at Hawthorn University, Kristy studied alternative approaches to FM/ CFS. She designed a protocol and experienced a drastic reduction in pain and fatigue.

The improvement was so significant, she was able to earn a master’s degree, rear five children and work full time even as a single mother.

Since 2012, Kristy has been sharing her knowledge with, and helping improve the lives of other women suffering with pain and fatigue though her private consultation company, Living Well Nutrition.

The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition.

Board Certified, Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, RNCP, ROHP

About the “alphabet soup” after my name: I am Board Certified, a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants,

I received my masters in Holistic nutrition from Hawthorn University and my Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. While working on my master’s at Hawthorn University, I was provided with functional medicine nutritional tools and the clinical skills needed to increase vitality and well-being while reducing long-term disease risk.

Through study of the most up-to-date scientifically based information, I coach my clients on increasing the quality of their lives through the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N). By understanding the biochemical uniqueness of each client, I develop individual health protocols using diet, supplement, and lifestyle suggestions that promote long-term positive change in the clients overall health and lifestyle.

In less than one week of working with Kristy, I was sleeping better. I usually let my alarm ring for about 40 minutes before I have the energy to get up to turn it off. Then one morning, I woke up before the alarm and I was ready to get up. It was a miracle!

M. R.

This Thanksgiving Holiday was an ideal time to think of all the ways you have helped. From the complete blood diagnostic test that showed deficiencies, you gave super ideas to adjust my diet and supplements. The exercises you suggested strengthen hips and knees and ankles. My blood pressure is normal, walking is pain free and there is no stomach discomfort. My energy level has gone from “I’m so tired I can’t breathe”, to, “I can get things done”. The thoughtful, sincere care you showed gives me encouragement to continue with the changes and to do my part.
