Cooked Apples
This is incredibly easy to fix and is naturally sweet enough to make you think you’ve cheated.

Ingredients
  • 2large applesFind the sweetest apples you can. Core and peeled if desired.
  • 2tablespoons+ butterOnly use real butter, organic and from grass fed cows is best
  • 1teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2tablespoons Full Fat Coconut MilkFor drizzling over your cooked apples
Instructions
  1. Slice and core your apples. In a large pan over medium heat, melt your butter. Be sure to use enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan well. Add your apple slices to the pan. Cook until soft. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the apples and drizzle with the coconut milk. Eat while warm.
