Chronic diseases are ski rocketing. We are doing a great job of destroying our health.
Just how are we so successful at doing this? It’s an easy formula.
First, avoid fruits and vegetables.
Instead, make wheat, dairy, meat, and sugar your main foods. Eat cereal and milk for breakfast, grilled cheese, pizza or burgers with cookies for dessert for lunch, and a restaurant of your choosing for dinner. If you want to stay home for dinner, eat a frozen dinner. Stouffer’s lasagna anyone?
Second, eat more vegetable oils.
Be sure to buy vegetable oils like Wesson oil for all your cooking. Buy salad dressings with vegetable oil. Whatever you do, don’t buy expeller pressed, organic oils.
Third, drink caffeinated drinks like Starbucks gourmet coffees, energy drinks, and sodas.
Don’t drink fresh, filtered water or herbal teas.
Fourth, get more screen time!
Sit more, move less. Don’t walk your dog after work or do yoga to stretch your muscles.
Fifth, run to your local MD for every ache and pain.
Don’t go to the nutritionist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, trainer, or physical therapist. And, if you do, don’t follow their advice.
Sixth, work hard all the time. Burn the candle at both ends.
Avoid balance in your life. After all, the one who dies with the most toys, wins.
Follow these 6 easy steps and you’ll be well on you way to developing one or more chronic diseases.
