How is the culture and energy of your workplace? Is it outstanding? Does it need a little help? How about a major overhaul?
Because we spend so much of our time at work, it is critical to focus on wellness in the workplace. Happier, healthier employees are more productive and are easier to retain. They also become advocates and recruiters to bring other strong, skilled, capable employees into the organization.
Living Well Nutrition, The Center for Epigenetic Counseling, can create a custom wellness program for your entire workforce or for individual employees.
Presenter: Kristy Hall, Board-Certified, Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, RNCP, ROHP
About the “alphabet soup” after my name: I am board-certified, a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.
I received my master’s in holistic nutrition from Hawthorn University and my Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. While working on my master’s at Hawthorn University, I was provided with functional medicine nutritional tools and the clinical skills needed to increase vitality and well-being while reducing long-term disease risk.
Through study of the most recent scientifically based information, I coach my clients on increasing the quality of their lives through the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N). By understanding the biochemical uniqueness of each client, I develop individual health protocols using diet, supplement and lifestyle suggestions that promote long-term positive change in the client’s overall health and lifestyle.
