- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 6 whole zucchini julienned
- 1/2 tsp salt Pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper freshly ground

1. Cook garlic in oil until aromatic on medium heat. 2. Add julienned zucchini, tossing until cooked through. (Do not julienne the seedy middle.)3. Season and serve as-is or with your favorite pasta sauce.
